"We just wanted to take the time to write a very important message to you to express how incredibly thankful we are for everything you have done for our family, and especially for Jax and Tyson.
From the very beginning, your patience, kindness, and dedication have meant more to us than words can truly explain. The way you have supported the boys through their learning, communication, and development has made such a positive and lasting impact, not only on their speech and confidence but also on their readiness for school and everyday life.
Because of your guidance, Jax and Tyson have grown so much in their understanding, communication, and self-belief. You have helped them build skills that will carry them forward into school and beyond, and you have always done this in a way that makes them feel safe, encouraged, and proud of themselves. The progress we’ve seen is a direct reflection of the care, effort, and passion you bring to your work.
As a parent, it means everything to know that my children are supported by people who truly care, listen, and advocate for them. You have not only helped teach the boys, you have helped us as a family learn how to support them better at home, prepare them for school, and celebrate their achievements, big and small. That support has made such a difference.
We are beyond grateful for the time, energy, and heart you put into everything you do. Thank you for believing in Jax and Tyson, for cheering them on, and for helping set them up for a strong and confident start in their schooling journey.
Please know how deeply appreciated you are and how thankful we are for everything you have done and continue to do."

"It’s honestly hard to find the words to summarise how absolutely brilliant Charlotte is at what she does. We have been seeing Charlotte for around 8 weeks and the difference we have noticed in our 4 year old is absolutely monumental. Our 4 year old has been seeing Charlotte as part of early intervention for a developmental delay, suspected ASD, ADHD and a suspected intellectual disability, and we have a completely different child already, in such a short time.
We notice our 4 year old applying what she has done in her sessions immediately, bringing new skills and language into what she does every single week. Our time at Spectrum has been more beneficial than speech therapy sessions and anything a paediatrician has offered and is a magnificent option when traditional occupational therapy is unavailable, which is a reality in Wagga. And now, even if OT was available, I’d choose Charlotte’s work hands down over anything else.
We look forward to our sessions at Spectrum every week, and our 4 year old begs to see Charlotte daily. 5 stars absolutely dosent do her justice, and I will praise her work for as long as I live."

"Charlotte is amazing with my son!!
We've been going for around 6 months now and she is so patient and we have seen a massive difference in his attention span already. She is able to get him to sit and do the same activity for extended amounts of time. He couldn't even do a couple of mins before.
He can't wait to go play with Charlotte! He looks forward to it every week.
She has also been flexible with times and I've had to change a few and it's never an issue.
She also works with him if he's having an off week and full of energy, she will do active games with him. FANTASTIC. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"The children of Wagga have a very special and gifted therapist in Charlotte.
She worked in our own home for two years with our grandson.
Charlotte was always professional, caring, honest and reliable, with a good sense of humour thrown in.
I highly recommend Charlotte, and I would jump at the chance to have her back again working with our grandson."
